- Improved instructions on how to use the mod

- Renamed and reorganized all the sights and rails into the correct categories. (This breaks all weapon builds, sorry)
- Added invisible front and back sights. This should help with correctly prioritizing your sights swapping.
- Added over the top rail for aiming like in Six Days In Fallujah.

Special thanks to nonJoker for helping me out with getting the back and front sight working and adding them into the correct categories.
