- Improved instructions on how to use the mod

- Renamed and reorganized all the sights and rails into the correct categories. (This breaks all weapon builds, sorry)
- Added invisible front and back sights. This should help with correctly prioritizing your sights swapping.
- Added over the top rail for aiming like in Six Days In Fallujah.
