-added 3 new weather entities:
Portal Storm (Tier 5), Martian Dust Storm (Tier 4), Shooting Star Shower (Tier 1)
*The Portal Storm entity requires HL2 to be mounted in order to function properly!
-tweaked and improved numerous weather visual effects
-added clientside convar to toggle weather impact effects (gw_impacteffects)
-added serverside convar to toggle shockwave damage dealt to entities (gw_shockwave_damage)
-reworked and improved code performance of various functions
-switched texture for the aurora borealis particles
-revitalized the Derecho entity's particle and progression
-added 'extreme' option for weather particle density
-fixed weather screen effects not tracking/functioning properly in vehicles
-added XTwisters 2 compatibility with the Supercell entity
-added 'gw_opensettings' concommand to open the gWeather menu



I know that I mentioned V 1.1.5 as the last 'major' update, but this will likely end the larger updates. Again, thank you all.
