BIG UPDATE

Most important feature :

- Wartime Occupation generates non-combatant casualties depending on your occupation law and the amount of resistance in the state

Secondary :

- Fixed a bug where devastation saturation mechanic would speed up the recovery of the state
- Rebalance some casualties number for various actions
- Miscellaneous bug fixes
- Made active combat more susceptible to generate casualties instead of just failed migration

- Attempted to fix a bug occuring in some mods where the casualties counter went negative for some countries, adding manpower

Hello

Made performance improvements by changing the daily calculations to weekly calculaions, which significantly speeds up the game and reduce the performance impact of this mod

Tweaked as well some trigggers and ticks so the devastation doesnt go overboard too easily

Reworked the devastation thresholds to be a bit more granular (see the google doc for that)
