BIG-ish Update to the tank:


FINALLY, at long last, was tested against the dreaded Sector Command and found to be... meh. Its an early game heavy tank, not intended for Sector Command, but she can disarm most unshielded POI's with ease. Plasma weapons are her biggest weakness.


Changes:

- Moved position of the core to minimize loss of HV if the shields fail and her hull breached (should destroy her core if she is being bombarded by weaponfire.
- Added Flamethrowers on spawn stock, with only an added +2 Small Upgrade kits to cost of fabricating
- She now spawns in with CPU additions (x2 Basic, x2 Advanced), so her CPU doesnt seem so detrimental. She is an 'upgrade as you go/need' tank, and ment to have a low cost when spawning in
- Tanks rear Ammo container now upgraded to 7k storage for more ammo
