Fix issue where CMC style GTS options weren't hydrating.

Experimental User Request:
- Added support to limit the number of classes shown ala Choose My Class or Xylth's GTS style. It still builds the random selection of one of each primary and then will pick the CMC list from that shortlist. This is opt-in and requires modifying a config setting to turn on.

Fix more bad screen overrides. Hopefully got it setup now to stop overriding all of the mod added screens.

Fix bug where it was breaking Soldier Conditioning.

New Major Feature:

Comes with its own Amalgamation GTS plugin. The GTS rookie training screen will now show a single version of EACH primary spec as a pickable class allowing for the player to choose their primary but the secondary/tertiary that is rolled alongside that primary is randomly picked from the available valid classes.

This behavior uses the Choose My Class logic, meaning the class picked for a given primary should always be the same every time the screen is opened for a given soldier.

NOTE: While this will prevent crashes with LARGE Amalgamation lists, it WILL take upwards of 10 - 15 minutes+ to load the GTS. Smaller Amalgamation pools will always load significantly faster.

Small tweak release to make sure the GTS experimental code is NOT impacting users.

Add localization for replacement psi-amps.

Fixed issues with showing on both GTS and Choose My Class. Also now has a new config bool flag that will hide all 0 value items from the lists to help reduce information overload.

The GTS update broke the Choose My Class screen. Reverting until I can get it fixed.

Now supports showing up in the GTS when choosing an amalgamation class to promote to.
