Minor Update for latest version of the game
- Initial ammo crate now gives 15 materials
- additional materials are provided when some hives are cleared

Adjusted supply values for wave spawners. They now work in a tiered system
early game - theta -7 defense
mid game - advancing from theta-7
late game - after marauders are unlocked
Hopefully grenadiers will not start spawning enmass until much later in the mission.

Adjusted dual offensives (when selected) to share supply.

-Marauders & Fleet unlock sooner (1 less hive versus original)
-ammo caches now add +5 material on top of warsupport
-additional supply cache added at relay outpost
-offensives now take 1 minute longer than before (about 4 minutes)
-Losing Theta-7 now increased to 6:45 from 4:45.
