- Version bump to 1.8
- Fixed a bunch of typos that made some options do nothing
- Added Decision to open the menu (so the mod actually becomes usable) (Sorry about that!)

Added Option to auto-queue powerplants and improved auto-queue for railways and government administration.

If you use it in a running game, simply hit the "recalc" option.
