Neon colors removed. Nothing more was done.

Fixed a mistake in the neon colors that I had missed. My apologies, all colors should now be usable again.

Update 1.4 Upsiiiiiiiiii :D

I just removed a small upsi that I made because I removed the pastel colors for testing. Now they are back and you should have all the old pastel colors as well as the new neon colors.

Besides pastels I thought I would try some neon colors. At the moment they can still be found under wood. As soon as I'm done with all the colors, I'll also try stone and clay colors.
