Gives both Sarranid Tower Defender and Sarranid Tower Guard better bows.

Adds one new troop to Khergit Khanate (Khergit Horse Skirmisher) and two new troops to Sarranid Sultanate (Sarranid Longspear Infantry and Sarranid Pike Infantry). Also changes the name of Nord Heavy Axeman to Nord Longaxeman and modifies some weapon damages and ammo counts.
