Unfortunately this mod does not include Diplomacy mod. If you want to include it, you have to incorporate it to this by some means.

Age of Calradia Enhanced did it very well if you want to take some inspiration. You can also make the Bandit -> Brigand tree more available

Only in small part (by adding two new bandit troops of which one upgrades to forest bandit and the other to mountain bandit) so mostly no.
