V5.59:
-Modified Isolationism to only provide its under admin bonus on the capital, and a 10% bonus to food, industry, and money if under 12 total territories.
-Modified Globalism to provide 3 science per trade routes similar to Foreign Innovations.
-Made both Democratic Republic options provide +1 researcher and +1 trader.
-Added +2 stability per pop to One Party State.
-Added +5% industry on capital per unused Admin to Absolute Monarchy.
-Added +5% science on capital per unused Admin to Constitutional Monarchy.
-Added +5% money on capital per unused Admin to Oligarchy.
-Modified Workers Rights to be +2 stability and +2 influence on makers quarters.
-Modified Profit Focused to be +10 money on makers quarters.
-Modified the Soviet LT to now be +4 industry per worker so that they can be stacked with the percentage outputs from infrastructures.
-Added +1 worker slot to Arms Factory.
-General UI fixes.

-Modified the Unlock of Sovereignty to 3 cities and 75 population.
-Changed Isolationism to now benefit smaller empires with a yield percentage based on how small an empire is, diminishing with number of cities and territories in an empire.

-Removed the default +2 administrators from empire, added +1 to City Defenses. This makes the high number of cities playstyle a little less overpowered.

-Added the Bombard unit specialty to Iron Clads.
-Modified the industrial unit upgrade line.
-Howitzers now upgrade into anti-tank guns.
-Most medieval cavalry now upgrades into Winged Hussars, then dragoons.
-Archer and other ranged cavalry directly upgrade into dragoons.
-Dragoons and Cuirassiers now upgrade into Medium Tanks.

V5.42:
-Reworked the contemporary unit balance to create a more rock-paper-scissors function to the units.
-Helicopters now have armor piercing capabilities.
-A new modern infantry unit have anti-armor capabilities when within 2 tiles of a vehicle (APC, Tanks, and Helicopters).
-A modern artillery unit has been added, which China's Guardians now replace. As of now the new unit utilizes the Guardian 3D model.
-Both new units have placeholder icons for the time being.
-Increased the future technology costs.
