- Removed low barriers to prevent JTAC LoS break during crouch animation for Counter Attacks 1 and 2. (probably won't help)
- Made Mop-Up JTAC forced undetected (might help).
- Set garrison JTAC to not be engaged by bunker. (might help)

- Added ability for first FARP to progress mission to Phase 3
- Rebuilt Base set conditionals to cause Zal'Zivka to be activated upon completion of phase 2, even if that occurs before the base setup timer completes.
