Similar time of day tweak for Abandoned levels in order to prevent flashlights during daytime.

Readjusted the time of day settings for the Tunnel lighting maps and Abandoned Sunset map. This should also remove the active flashlights during combat in daytime environments.

Added EnvLighting_StrongholdLeadup lighting map to the roster.

Dim, moody subterranean lighting with warm colors.

- Added a toggleable config line for dark foggy night option in Tunnels (disabled by default)
- Removed the wrong config line that still would make the dark foggy night appear in the Lost Levels by default

- Toggled the dark foggy night lighting map for the Lost missions as disabled by default.
(Map Name: XP_LE_Shell_AC_Lost)

If you want to re-enable it, add the following line to the XComMaps.ini config:

+arrEnvironmentLightingDefs=(MapName="XP_LE_Shell_AC_Lost", eEnvLighting[0]=eEnvLighting_Night, eTimeOfDay=eTimeOfDay_Night, eMood=eMood_Normal, eWeatherCondition=eWeatherType_Clear, arrPlotTypes[0]="Abandoned")

- Added new lighting maps for Daylight and Nighttime Abandoned (Lost) missions.
- Added "PastelDay" lighting option for Subway/Sewer levels.
- Removed "Rain" lighting map from Sewers/Subway, as the shadows were mostly lacking. Sorry for the inconvienience.

If you want to restore the option, add the following line to XCOMMaps.ini config:

+arrEnvironmentLightingDefs=(MapName="EnvLighting_Rain", eEnvLighting[0]=eEnvLighting_Night, eTimeOfDay=eTimeOfDay_Night, eMood=eMood_Normal, eWeatherCondition=eWeatherType_Rain, arrPlotTypes[0]="Tunnels_Subway", arrPlotTypes[1]="Tunnels_Sewer")
