Added three new presets

- Hero of Joppa: A knight tile based on the concept that you are either a local hero in Joppa or the Last Son of Joppa in starts where you do not begin in Joppa. Take up your sword and shield Knight of Joppa, and lead Qud into a bright future against the forces of evil.

- Witch of the Chain: A domineering witch who's recently left her coven of sisters to conquer the minds of those who've wronged her. Will she forgive and forget, or be turned into the very monsters she despised?

- Cervitaur of the Bark: Born in the wilds of Joppa, you have taken up the bow and sword, with the dream of seeing the world and proving your kin you were born for something greater. As a warden you might be able to not only do well by your kin, but the entire lands of Qud.
