- Due a mistake on my part, i re-introduced gun blast and high penetration how it should be for normal smoothbore guns.

CHANGELOG:
- Projectiles artillery damage increased for both Multiplayer and Singleplayer.
- Added different explosions/shockwave type for normal guns (mostly gun blasts) and howitzers/mortars (explosions type).
- Reduced grenades and replaced explosive types (was using the blinding grenades type).

CHANGELOG:
- After testing some multiplayer battles. I removed the rules section (global values) and reverted back to the standard one. But, the local projectiles values have been improved from 0,25 to 0,4 (flintlock smoothbore), rifled muskets (the UK riflemen uses rifles as tier 1 units), have been increased from 0,25 to 0,6. But this update should be balancing things out now.
