-reskinned Celtic priest. Known issue: priests in the barbarian culture factions group are female only. This is a CA design decision. Making the priests male, as appropriate for the era, will be done in a future update.

-adjusted shield values in several units to better reflect unit models

-Nordic Bogman (archers) changed from240 men massed archers to 120 light archers, projectile changed accordingly
-Angowerpera ammo changed from 2 to 1 angon

-fixed a couple of incidence of Nordic mercenary skirmishers having double unit size
-several minor adjustments to unit armour, shield and weapon stats to make them more consistent with the unit models
