Update 6 - Foot Archers Calibration Distance and Area Update

- Glade Guard now have and effective range of 180(from 170) and a calibration distance of 140(from 120) like HE (base)archers

- Deepwood Scouts now have a calibration distance of 150(from 120) like most high(er) tier HE archers

- Deepwood Scouts now have a calibration area of 3.1/3.4(from 4.2) depending on the arrow type except Trueflight Arrows like rest of the WE foot archers

Overall, they all should be more accurate.

Update 4.6

Trueflight arrows homing changes for Flying units, including Glade Lords, Glade Captains, Hawk Riders and Sisters of Twilight

- TF arrows used by flying units now start homing at 0.5s, unlike 2s by ground units(which is needed to loop around hills). Other homing characteristics are the same. This might reduce the turning capability of the arrows at extreme angles, but a faster homing time improves the overall tracking capabilities of the arrows, especially in most air to air situations. e.g. kiting.

- SoT now also use the same homing parametres for the anti-large arrows(but they still do friendly fires), also added flaming attack, just like in 8th edition

- Both SoT arrows are now magical, just like in 8th edition(they are magic weapons).

- Removed minimum distance for SoT arrows

- All WE characters on an eagle with a bow can now skirmish
