Added effects to traits for Archmage lords and Mage heroes, such that if the trait gave a spell passive, it now also extends the active duration of that passive.
- E.g. Incendiary Archmages will now proc Kindleflame for 50% longer.
- The motivation for this is so that those traits are still worthwhile getting on characters who could get that passive from their skill tree anyway.
- For Archmages, these lore passives will proc for 50% longer and for Mages, for 30% longer.

The Protective and Negator traits were still a bit underwhelming - so I've now also added the "Aura of Protection" and "Gurdian Shield" passives respectively.

For vigorous lords I had given them +1 Global recruitment capacity, but this was too stackable and OP in my testing. I've toned that back down to being local recruitment capacity.

Made the economic buffs from Entrepreneur Archmages be province wide, rather than region wide, as requested in comments.

Mage heroes with the Entrepeneur trait are unchanged.

- fixed "dangerous" nobles giving armour sundering to chariots - had previously missed adding a tooltip for this
- based on feedback in comments, nerfed the "administrator" trait for mages hereos - it now gives restock ability rather than unending volley ability to the whole army
- "administrator" archmages still give their whole army unending volley
- "crushing" now causes wall breaches when starting a siege battle
- "vigorous" now gives more recruitment capacity (local for heroes, global for princes)
- "dangerous" nobles now have additional % chance of wounding assassination targets
- "resilient" nobles now also get "Stand your ground!" ability

other large changes:

- Tyrion changes
- rebalanced Tyrions innate trait + his "Bloodline of Aenerion" unique skill line to make them both a little more interesting
- "Bloodline of Aenerion" line should now be more tempting v.s. "Defender of Ulthuan", but with punitive downsides too
- his innate trait "Great Warrior" buffs LSG (armour and range)
- LSG now also benefit from the upkeep reductions "Great Warrior" gives (previously was to other units only)

- devotion changes
- rebalanced all god specific devotions for the high elves to be more interesting + impactful
- each one buffs a few god specific units in a differing way
- each one buffs the lord on the campaign map in a differing way
- each one buffs the lords army in a differing way

will update screenshots and mod description for all the above when I get around to it (it's my least favourite part of modding)
