Emergency patch of .lua crash for dagger in starting inv.

re-landscape of The Forest of Pigim, The Road and The Shady Glade:
added a gread deal of texture and placeables to the areas.

included my first custom .wav file (in the OGM I'm scared script at the beginning), more and better applications to come.

Employed new script for intro narration text.

Removed crab of doom from Coastal Meadows, and replaced with a bossfight of similar but not as bad DOOM.

fixed ineffective trigger for Wyvern bossfight, which would allow fight not to trigger.. lame.

I also included a surprise in your starting party.. who is that handsome devil?
