(Unimportant Modder Note: Vanilla Expanded Framework is now a dependency! All patches use the framework for the mod options, and it will NOT function without them. Patches are no longer done with a PatchOperationSequence. Patches are also done with PatchOperationReplace, rather than PatchOperationRemove. Other than that, things should be mostly the same.)
