Added a new lead slug ammo type used by makeshift firearms, alongside patches for VWE - Makeshift to utilize this new ammo type.

Applies a LOT of patches (The patch file is 1181 lines long, for context) to hide all non-generic ammo from appearing under research categories.
Assigned research requirements to ammo that did not have them. Previously, you could build advanced ammo for laser weapons, railgun rods for gauss weapons, etc. without having any of the related tech researched.
Added the missing generic tox launcher grenade.

Tweaked some weapons around, namely the M249 SAW from CE Guns now replaces the HMG from Vanilla Expanded Weapons. This patch only applies if you have CE Guns.
