Tweaks to some modded research projects, mainly integrating the research projects from VFE - Security with Combat Extended and other mods. Gauss Defense Systems now requires Mass Drivers from VWE - Gauss if you have that mod, etc etc.

Added integration with Bill Door's Framework for multiple mods. This is fully optional but is used to re-introduce mechanics like random burst counts from Vanilla Weapons Expanded - Makeshift back into Combat Extended.
Added generic EMP Rocket Grenades.
Added integrations for the Charge FAL Rifle and Modifications mod.
Removed the heavy railgun sabot ammo (previously added by the Generic Ammo Experience) in favor of having one generic railgun sabot ammo.
Removed the Light SMG weapon from Vanilla Weapons Expanded as it served no purpose alongside the Machine Pistol.
