Fix the silent music, amplified via audacity

Increased Pirate outpost spawns
Increased max difficulty cap in campaign to 100% in Wastes instead of 80.
Finally fixed the music. If you want to add more music, convert it to Mono Channel .ogg using Audacity, preferably using lower quality 2-3 and 44100hz
