Major update:

-Physical collision system with crash/fall/dent damage proportional to vehicle velocity, FINALLY!!

-Reworked and kept all previous features, improving upon them and making them even more impressive!

-New effects! Blood, fire, sparks, camera shaking!

-Lower health vehicles now handle a bit worse, gradually!

-Options menu in "Utilities" tab, as well as a bunch of new convars!

-(almost) complete rewrite of all the code, hopefully optimizing it even further!
