Undid the toon-shaded hair, the angles made it look too dark most the time -Removed the extra material to do this for optimization -Lower eye emissiveness.

-Added toon shading to his hair & tail as it gives it a sorta anime-esque shading highlights, and to be consistent with the Elh model.
