Multiple tests were conducted to fix the crash issue & it was located in the aiboost.ini file. I believe it to be "BetterOreGrowthEnabled", after changing it from the default "1" to "0" the game stopped crashing. "OreToGemPromotionSlowFactor" & OreIndexBugFixEnabled" have also been set to "0" since the ore growth is uncontrollable & defeats the purpose of the ore boundaries I placed in my maps to contain it.
