Changed some codes back to the old, more stable version, hopefully will solve some people's issues
Also, a new command "ARag_heavyrag 1" which makes the ragdoll heavier and more physically "real"

把一些代码改回了旧版本，希望能解决一些人的问题
此外加入了一个新命令"ARag_heavyrag 1"，能让布娃娃变得更重，更额，“真实”
