Updated Portrait sprites and info

Adding Pictures for mod

-Few sprites and some couple of changes
-Damage from 2.50 to 2.20
-Shotspeed form 1.00 to 1.15

The 1st update is out and this update just does some rebalancing to make Joesph more unqiue ( Changes are as followed )

- Joesph now starts with Candy Heart and any monsters killed from his own tears have a chance to drop full red hearts ( for his Vigourous gimmick )
- Damage is now 2.50 ( from 2.90 )
- Firerate is now 3.00 ( from 2.73 )
- Speed is now 1.20 ( from 1.00 )
- Range is now 4.50 ( from 6.50 )
