- Expanded Ask Your Subject to Fight - Can now also Return State with claims/homelands or take existing Treaty Ports
- Added Synergize Bureaucracy - gradually (and forcibly) align a subject's bureaucracy laws to match yours.

- Added Synergize Land Reforms - gradually (and forcibly) align a subject's land reform laws to match yours.

- Additional debugging functions added to (hopefully) reduce chance of issues occurring
