V1.9 (still)
- Fixed an issue where it was possible for a subject to end up with State Atheism but not actually have Atheist religion, and be unable to do anything fix it.
- Fixed Irreligious conversion to actually change state religion to Atheism (enactment effects on laws don't happen when applied by event).

V1.9
- Fixed it so that Synergize actions should no longer get locked out forever if they're active at the same time that a subject country ceases to exist.
- Reworked the Religious Conversion subject action.
-- In-built compatibility with my other Populist Legal Power mod.
-- Now handles things in dynamic ways if you have State Atheism.
-- Now has custom localisation that changes depending on whether you're religious, secularist, or atheist.
-- Special action if you've got Total Separation and Atheism as state religion (see PLP mod).

V1.8
- Reworked Law Imposition utilising the Vanilla structure.
-- Still stopped subjects processing multiple laws simultaneously
-- Less autonomous subjects cannot refuse or defer unless they have high enough liberty desire
-- Overlord now gets told when they fail to enact the law requested of them
-- The impose law journal entry now invalidates if they fail to enact the law, so they don't get locked into it forever
