- Consolidate subjects now consistently merges with the country it tells you it will (highest rank among valid options).
- Added support for Extended Topbar Framework to display relative power of all subjects.
- Reworked subject's subject contribution to liberty desire (East India Company now more concerned about its own subjects, and even less rebellious against GBR).
