Renamed from "(PuroTheFloof's First Boat )" to "(PuroTheFloof's First Boat) (V1.2Patch)".

Patch includes: added a bar under the boat the bottom layer is weight blocks, makes it more stable, i took all the other weight blocks out so its a little lighter and floats better.

added a low to high gear and a low rps gear that makes a little less speed but less fuel use and heat and fixed reverse

fixed the charge warning system, fixed the values on the gauges.

moved all controls but the light controls to the wheel and labeled them

added a custom ecu to keep the engine idling without throttle input and to auto control the clutch
