Highlights:
The Philippines
- A new focus tree has been given to the Philippines where they can either continue to the plan for independence agreed upon with the United States or rebel against their American overlords and forge their own path forward through nationalism or socialism.
- The Philippine Revolution provides an engaging war of resistance against the United States that can be made more or less difficult depending on both nation's choices.
- Focus tree that allows them to uniquely prepare for and fight the Japanese threat
- A series of advisors and generals that are dynamic to the Philippines's route.

Texas: Guns and Oil!
- Texas gains a new path where they can become the world's largest oil baron and weapons dealer, because their is nothing more Texan than guns and oil. You can plunge nations into spiraling debt and control the global supply of oil in this new focus tree!


The United States
- Not only does the United States government have to deal with Congress telling them what to do, but now the Supreme Court can to. The Supreme Court works as a check to executive overreach by challenging certain focuses and striking them down. The Court's decision is final, so their effect cannot be undone.
- A new dynamic UI was added for the United States elections. Now rallies can be held across the nation to sway the nation in your favor before the election. The elections do have an impact on what trees are available and what country leaders you get.
- A new branch has been added for both the Communist and Democratic trees to fight segregation. Jim Crow laws have been added to the southern states and the scars of segregation on the country must be defeated through this new branch.
- There is now an alternate route in the Fascist Tree: The Age of MacArthur. This allows for a different experience when playing the fascist path that emphasizes the military and security rather than nationalism and expansion.
- The Democratic tree has also got some changes as now there is more to do with the Limited Intervention route (finally fulfilled that promise) and on top of that the Four Freedoms branch has been added to really commit to those principles of Freedom and Democracy!
- The Military tree has gained a few additions but mainly the intelligence branch has now been moved over so that all paths can now use the CIA.
- The United States has gained 10 new elections that go all of the way to 1996.
