Got it running again. There are new units that I need to update still.

Artillery should be more inline with other sfo units. I still can't get the ammo change to work since the original mod crashes when you select different ammo.

I felt like the health buffs I did were too far, So I backed them up a bit. If you think units still need buffing please let me know. I still havent fixed the artillery being able to pick their shots yet. Next update
