Fix for Watcher update!

- A new optional feature (in the Remix config) to add misc. songs from vanilla into the jukebox! This includes region intros (such as "Industrial Atrium"/BM_HI_GATE), and ambiances like "Isolation". If you enable the feature, you'll find the new tracks right before the tracks from other mods
- Some more bug fixes ofc

- Fixed issue with songs that have both an mp3 version and an ogg version
