Removed altered Loot tables for enemy robots. A lot of other mods change the enemy robots and their loot tables and frankly, they did it better than I did. This is now compatible with those mods.

Added Notification to alert user to unarmed robots.
Removed advanced components from Hostile Robot loot tables on VeryHard and Insane Diffs.
