Added the nation of Egypt in the "Lower Egypt" province, as well as giving it frontier colonisation

Modified the borders of eastern Europe, making Hungary even smaller

Taken Kursk from Ukraine because it looked weird

Removed all starting declared interests so everybody starts colonising around the same time.

Japan has been changed from Consumption-based taxation to land-based taxation (I have no idea why it was on that. Even in vanilla, it begins on land-based.)
