* Fixed server/client crash caused by null target entity id and unknown type with DisableFriendlyVehicleAndPlayerCollisionDamage enabled.
* Unknown damage source and deformation value of 1 will default to 0 damage.
* Added more robust null checks throughout the script.
* Fixed the damage reduction modifier also applying to non-deformation and falling damage.
