Release for unstable 1.6.4492.
- re-added Blueburst and Belial-V drugs back.

Haven't play-tested thoroughly, do let me know if any bugs occur.
Relies on Humanoid Alien Races ~ Dev for 1.6 version.

- Fixed solo faction leader raids.
- Nerfed amount of silver and medicine in pawns' inventories.
Tested in 1.5.4243, let me know if you find any bugs.
