-Balance changes
-Added cancelable properties to multiple moves
-Fixed a rotation bug with one of the moves where you would get permanently stuck in a certain rotation if you got hit during startup

Reworked guns and other moves for balancing purposes
Made burst particle more blue to diffrienciate from instant cancel (and movement options) particles
