Minor fixes with Latin renaming
Newly implemented events which updates the names that Vanilla HoI translates through national focus/ events/ decisions to conform with Endonymia after a few days (without changing the main files for compatibility)
Added translations for cities by events/national focus such as the 'Gotthard Pass' and 'Liechtenstein'
Reformatted the bulk of the code to be slightly more compact, testing showed no issues with the new code. Let me know if any bugs arise

Latin names added for all states within the Roman Empire that can be cored by Rome
City and State names use the names of old Roman fortifications, provinces, settlements and if no names from antiquity are found modern latin translations are used
