Completely redid from scratch (opinions) got lazy later on so some stuff sucks idk why i did this but yeh

Made it so that pact hatred dies off (SLOWLY)

Added BBA stuff, also edited some more of the vanilla opinion stuff, I should probably actually try by I'm super lazy. Some of the changes I made: Italy, Ethiopia and Netherlands no longer permanently have hatred so yeah, yaay.
