- Dragon Ogre Champion available for recruitment
- added new MCT setting to allow recruitment of lord only, hero only or both

Lord:
- AP dmg +5
- added "Colossal Strike" and "Foe Seeker" in custom battle
- weight: heavy -> super_heavy (main_units)
- skill "Lord of the Storm": added effect "recruit rank for Dragon Ogre Champion +1 (factionwide)"; increased level requirement +2
