Forward firing heavy ion cannon hardpoint added (1900 HP). Advanced quad turbolaser hardpoints HP reduced from 3475 to 3000. Total ship HP remains the same. Power to shields ability added.

- OOM-9s Recusant-class Destroyer heavy concussion missiles removed. Replaced with a volley of 10 super heavy proton torpedoes.
