Global:
Fixed sound clipping issues
Added custom ammo types with matching SENTs
Reduced reserve ammo for each weapon
Disabled dry firing to prevent sound clipping between the empty "click" and the last fired round.
Consolidated the code
Decreased ironsight time
Decreased shoot delay when changing firemodes
Increased sway when turning
Eliminated select-fire code for semiautomatic weapons
Eliminated dry-fire bug when holding down 'E'
