added the BTR-100A and 2S90M to the roster

also as a "bonus" thing, they now have the To-199 Neophron in their roster too, a Fighter Pilot was added for it as well.

uhh uhh I forgot what I added

Oh right: repair, rocket and rcws pickup variantss to the roster and also made the Sokol 3T drone use the AAF camo.

apparently exporting a loadout doesn't save the first aid kits the loadout had... so I've given them to (hopefully) all that were missing them
