Adds the CDF to 2035 with a fully fleshed out roster.

Found in the editor as 'CDF', GREENFOR.

This version of the CDF in 2035 primarily uses Eastern weaponry, gear and vehicles.

Make sure to download the CDLC compat datas if you don't own them.
