Initial Release

-Fixed missing light bar model of '92 CVPI due to KI5 mod update.
-Fixed missing loot tables of all replaced vehicles. Items in the trunk, glove box, or other containers on vehicles can now -spawn properly.
-Fixed display name of vehicles spawned in vehicle stories.
