- swapped the plant lists for Woodland and Moist Deciduous Forest because I think they were backwards (with respect to the biome descriptions and placement on the world map)
- adjusted plant spawns, including adding some extra vanilla plants in some cases, to increase density and interest while (hopefully) preserving the character of the biome
- added polluted plants from Biotech
- added modded plants, where appropriate, from the full list of plant mods I'm maintaining for

Adjusted the form of the patches for the vanilla biomes to improve consistency of results with different sets of mods, especially ones that overwrite the plant list (ReGrowth Core, RimUniverse Biomes)

Increased tree density of boreal forest, tropical rainforest

Expanded range of ReGrowth: Tropical plants that will grow on mud (if Biomes! Core is running), thereby improving the feel of the tropical swamp
